The game currently already have trophies you can obtain, 15x, 20x and 24x challenge to obtain trophies.
The dude means Steam Trophies maybe/Achievements. Achievements won't matter since the game is still in early access. Its a good game on its own with the ingame trophies and the upcoming updates.
I meant steam achievements. i have around 100 hours in the game and i love it but i also enjoy getting all achievements for games so figured id suggest it.
Says the person picking through dead posts and necroing them to pick fights and sow confusion. If you have time like that, you must not be up to much otherwise.
In the context of the above linked thread titled "Steam Achievements"... Kinetic Games almost immediately responded to it with "Maybe in the future after Early Access" - this happened in September of 2020
So there's your answer... their plans in that regard have not changed in over two years, so it is safe to say that this old answer still holds some truth with their current development plans. And honestly, it makes sense as the game is currently nowhere near its finalized state.
EDIT: one look at your profile page told me that you were like me as well, someone who likes to complete games. While I do not personally want to flaunt that completion... I think we can both agree that having broken achievements suck, so patience may very well be a virtue here... and even if they end up not adding achievements outright, there's still a bit of completion one can do with the in-game trophy cabinets, which for me would be enough (although IMHO past seasonal trophies, if unique to their year, should be earned retroactively upon completing the current years event).
