Floating Ghost head

My friend and I saw a white floating ghost head, we both only saw it one time and wanted to know if anyone else has seen this. It was super freaky, if this rare?

it was like a transparent white floating head. We dont know if it was a weird glitch or something, or like a "rare" event. But we both saw it, my friend was dead when I saw her but when my friend saw it we were both alive.

yo thast just a hiss event then and its not a head its a white floating orb/cloud

it wasnt a hiss event, it was a white transparent floating head. idk if it was a glitch or something, but my friend and i both saw it. different times but we both had the same experience.

Was it moving at high speed? I have toward 280 hrs in the game and have come across a similar sounding effect myself a few times - it's not a ghost ball event but more like a white ball flying across the room etc. That said I haven't seen it in some time.

I believe it also happened to Insym on his first ever Prison map video (if memory serves). I could be referencing something different to what you saw though.
