Phasmophobia has a minimum requirement of DirectX 11.

What are you trying to disable DirectX 10 for? To return back to DirectX 11? Or to roll back to DirectX 9? My gamer senses are tingling, and telling me that you're not quite sure what you're trying to achieve there.

I was told to turn off dx10 in order for the pink textures in the game to disappear, there were two points, go to the properties, in general and in the launch options, delete everything that is there, but it’s clean there, as I understand it, when I load the game, dx10 is turned on, and in last update it is not supported

I found the thread where someone suggested you to do that.

First, make sure you did VALIDATE GAME FILES and allowed Steam to redownload all the broken/corrupted files.

If that didn't help, then

As a last resort, delete your Phasmophobia folder here and re-launch the game: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Kinetic Games\Phasmophobia

You could rule out a driver issue by doing a clean driver update. If you have an Nvidia card
install the latest driver. There's usually an option for a clean installation under custom install.

To disable Directx 10 follow the steps below.
1. From Steam right click Phasmophobia and select "Properties..."
2. Under General, go to "Launch Options" and remove the line pasted in there.
