Banned from phasmo discord from account being temporarily hacked

Hi, I got banned from the discord when my account was temporarily hacked for a day like 10 months ago. I used the server to find like-minded players to play with. When my account was hacked, it sent every single server and person in my dms a phishing link for "free nitro" but the automod of course insta banned me for it doing this in a server channel. Would I be able to get unbanned? My discord is Ban Oompa Loompas#1111
