Is this game good to play in VR?
I've never really touched the game and just bought it during summer sale and I didn't know there was a VR mode but I want to know if it's worth playing in VR.

It most definitely is! I'm not too good with VR (I still get motion sickness real quick) but I enjoyed it a lot. Also, I don't see any reason why you *wouldn't* want to try it in VR if you have a headset. It's pretty much the exact same game as non-VR but with more immersion. Go for it, man.

i think if you want high adrenaline, then for sure!
The only reason I play this is because of VR. I really dont see the point playing this on flat screen tbh

Just try it.
I didn't played the game for a long time because VR is broken for 2 years already.
But you better try it yourself as you already have the game.

It was one of the best VR games for a while.

It got worse. Hand models no longer match hand position. The torch is held palm up now so that looks weird. There are new lighting and fog effects that don't look good in VR.

Not as good as it was at launch, but if you can run it it's still better in VR.

You can open settings in VR through the journal. I think it's under 'pause menu' or something like that.

It's an amazing experience in VR. Very immersive.

Sadly the performance is awful even with my rtx3080 and my I12700k cpu, with fpsvr I see constand spikes on the CPU and the GPU is also working way too hard for a game like this(the graphics are ok but not THAT good)
When using a camera it start to stutter like mad.

It would be a blast to play when it would work well, very immersive and scary.

You also can use the teleport movement if the motion sickness is getting too bad. I was surprised that they added this.
