Turning off Exclusive Mode may help fix issues with your microphone not working. Follow the instructions below, depending on your Windows version.
- Windows 10:
1. From your Desktop, in the right corner, right click the "Sound" icon and select "Sound Settings."
2. Navigate to the "Recording" tab, locate your microphone, right click it and select "Properties."
3. Navigate to the "Advanced" tab, and check OFF "Exclusive Mode" (see image).
- Windows 11:
1. From your Desktop, in the right corner, right click the "Sound" icon and select "Sound Settings."
2. Scroll down, and select "More Sound Settings."
3. Navigate to the "Recording" tab, locate your microphone, right click it and select "Properties."
4. Navigate to the "Advanced" tab, and check OFF "Exclusive Mode" (see image).
The ingame lobby is bugged, where the bar for mic isnt moving at all. To test if it work properly, you need to start a round and open the sound settings there.
Sadly, this did nothing for me. Still no in-game mic with my Audient + XLR mic.
