The banshe doesn't have a unique hunting speed, so it runs at 1.6 m/s (the players non-sprinting speed) and once it establishes line-of-sight, it will accelerate up to 2.5 m/s within a few seconds, which is the standard-hunt speed for most ghosts.
You can find all details on the Phasmo wiki. The ghost speeds are specified in the Hunt-entry ( https://phasmophobia.fandom.com/wiki/Hunt#Ghost_speeds ) as well as on each ghost itself, if it deviates from the standard ghost behavior
Exceptions are the Hantu and the Deogen:
Hantu speed is solely determined by room temperature. In a "hot" room you can actually loop a Hantu, but be aware that it will also cool down the room the longer you loop in it. So it will slightly get faster and eventually catches you on higher difficulties or bigger maps (= longer hunts). Don't loop it in the same room all the time.
Deogen runs fast at the beginning and will find you in all hiding spots. This is intended, because while it can see you, it slows down to a veeeeery slow speed and you can outrun it smartly (this is the way meant to handle that ghost). Just be aware that it speeds up again when you cross a corner, this can be deadly if you didn't planned that in.
