The Mare is 60% in the dark (and will roam towards darker areas often) while 40% in the light.
The Onryo can always hunt at around 60% average sanity. Use Candles as your double-edged sword when the ghost is near it.
The Raiju can hunt at 65% average sanity when ONE piece of electronic equipment is active. (Ghost has to be near and on different sized maps, the range is different)
(Examples are EMF Reader, DOTS Projector, Flashlights etc.)
The Thaye starts off its hunting sanity at 75%. Every 1-2 minutes, the thaye will attempt to age. If one player is near the ghost or in the same room as it: It will age. It can further reduce its age at least 10 times all the way down to 15% while subtracting -6% hunt sanity threshold for each age.
The Yokai can trigger a hunt at 80% when a player talks at about 2 meters of the ghost.
