Mac and Linux users can get around this to some extent by running Windows 10 via an emulator like Boot Camp or Wine; But given you're on a laptop doing so might not really be an option.
With that said, With Windows 11 on the horizon and Windows 10 probably soon to go the way of Windows 7 where Microsoft forces everyone capable of doing so to upgrade, The developers might actually look into a new voice recognition solution...or they might move to windows 11 voice recognition if it has it, Iuno.
