The Twins - Motion Sensors
I recently had the Twins and one of the objectives was to get the ghost to trigger a motion sensor. I set up 4 sensors, kept moving them and the Twins NEVER set off the motion sensor, is this one of their attributes?

At one time I had 3 of the sensors in the ghost room, he kept throwing things and turning on the radio but never triggered the sensors. I don't understand?

Maybe you put your motion sensors in the wrong room; it can happen easily with the Twins.

You have to find where the real ghost is, this one will trigger the sensors.

The "decoy" isn't a physical entity, so it can touch objects and doors without triggering the motion sensors: don't trust your senses when it comes to the decoy.

The paramic is really good to find where the real ghost is, since you can "read" its footsteps. The "decoy" doesn't leave footsteps, since it's not physical.

i usually put 3 sensors around the main areas when going in and 1 in the entrance to the ghost room after i found it, then i'll just get the objective sooner or later

This could be, but the room that I targeted for the Ghost Room remained freezing, Every time I entered the room the spirit box gave me a reply (or almost every time). It was throwing items all over this room, and interacting like crazy - turning on the radio, turning on lights, etc.

another possibility is that you placed the sensors too high. i had a run on the new asylum yesterday where i had to lower my placement to get the sensors to trigger.

True: Since the apocalypse update, you have to put the sensors near the ground.
Before, you could put them at eye level without an issue, but that doesn't seem to work anymore; the ghost tend to change posture while invisible now.

Me and my friend noticed that motion sensors are extremely buggy after the update. We found that we had to mount them at the bottom of the wall in order for them to trigger properly.

Thanks for the info, but, that was not the problem, they were placed at a normal height on the walls.

I will give this is a try. If it is a bug I hope that they fix it soon.

I never put them high as its always been inconsistent, I always put them low as far back as I can remember as I had this issue.

None of our Detect with Motion sensor objectives are going off, no matter when or where we move them, and ghost are not even pinging them when we've known they walked past since New office launch.

Small potatoes but kinda annoying.
