How to tell if it’s an EMF 5 on the monitor

People say it’s mostly the one with a bizarre pattern but I need some examples to be able to tell if it’s an EMF 5 or not

it's when there are jumps of exactly 5 in the activity monitor, e.g. from 0 to 5, 1 to 6, 2 to 7, and so on, one of the evidences is most likely emf 5.

You can't tell for sure, since you get semi random results. It is specifically design to obscure EMF 5 so you can't tell it from the truck. You can sort of get a good guess if you watch it carefully but you can never really be sure.

I was about to say, the only way to truly be certain is if all five lights of the EMF Reader are on, that tends to be the representation of EMF 5.

Just to correct this, it's jumps of 4, not 5. EMF 1 is the default reading, so the activity board does not register it.

As has been stated, It’s critically important to watch both the Increases as well as the Decreases to EMF over time on the board. The ghost can trip you up if you just watch increases while disregarding seeing how far it goes back down by.

Multiple occurrences simultaneously can appear to be EMF 5 in the truck (ie: it throws something and then opens a door immediately after), but can be spotted with a more staggered decline on the chart (As that would show two separate small, but distinct, declines, whereas emf 5 should Always drop by approximately the same amount it increased by, in a single, unchanging line and thus will always be fairly consistent, albeit unreliable, to track on the trucks emf board).

As others have stated, the EMF Reader is the most consistent method for detecting EMF 5, but as long as you remember it’s important to watch both increases and decreases on the board, you should be able to make much more accurate educated guesses in the event you need to use the board to determine EMF 5.

i always used these in every single game, strong flashlight + photo + emf reader, and then went straight in
i mostly use them whenever i already found a ghost room and such

how many seconds would it actually be an EMF 5? it would be around 2-3 seconds yes?

Don't worry too much about the seconds, just that it's close together in the trend. It isn't actually in jumps of 5 though, it's in jumps of 4. EMF 1 is the default EMF reading, so the activity does not read it.

Strength 5-10 is a general indication. Don't rely on the board to just guess.
