Now, on to your points:
1. The game has a fairly decent number of maps at present (10 currently with at least one speculated for the near future). These maps vary in size and scale and offer a good amount of replayability.
2. The core gameplay loop is, by its nature, repetitive. The main variations come in the form of which type of ghost it is (as each has unique behaviours), and a few other in-map factors.
3. The game has a Trello page which one can use to actively follow development. ( https://trello.com/b/w6OFub1F/phasmophobia )
4. The overall goal is to make a fairly serious, challenging, investigation themed ghost hunting title, if I’m not mistaken. Others can clarify for me if I’m wrong, but that’s the general goal in play.
There is also this one which shows what they actively working on, the road map image, known bugs and backlog.

Ah, yes, that’s the one I meant to link. Being in a bit of a rush, and due to posting on my phone, I didn’t have a chance to double check which part of the Trello I linked to initially and got bait and switched by good old google.
