VR Bad FPS? Turn off Anistroptic in your settings!
Unity being weird and this is causing some major issues for many. Hope this helps!

Good to know thanks!
One VR issue down, several to go. Now if I can just get Phasmo to play nicer with WMR....

I always have bad FPS for the first few seconds when I enter a house, but after that it smoothens out. I will try to turn off the Anisotropic setting for this, but is it maybe possible that some frame skipping action is being performed when you enter the house for the first time (like loading models and what not)?
I would prefer a longer loading time if that is the case, because in VR, the stuttering gives me a bit of motion sickness.

Sadly this did not help me. Two weeks ago i could play this game maxed out in vr. Now its super laggy. Unplayable. Even on lowest settings. I hope this gets fixed soon.

The latest patch seems to have made things pretty stuttery. Use FSR or NIS in the meantime.

From google:
FSR (AMD)
https://gpuopen.com/fidelityfx-superresolution/
and NIS is pretty much the same thing just from Nvidia.
Essentially it runs your game in a lower resolution and scales it up through filtering.
If you want to try it out, add this to the game:
https://github.com/fholger/openvr_fsr
Both work on any video card. I'm using Nvidia but FSR gives me better results than NIS.

Ohh ok, thanks.
Yesterday, the stutter was completely gone for me (with anisotropic turned off), hope it's the same for you all.

Just got a small patch. About 8kb or so. Maybe that fixed it? I'll go back and check.

It's fixed. No FSR needed.
