How is the game in regards to flashing lights?

Is the flashing mild?

During hunts of a ghost, the lights of rooms and flashlights are flashing between 30 to 60 seconds (depending on the difficulty). In my eyes, it is quite mild and not very to exessive. Yet, you should check it yourself in a video.

This can happen during a hunt phase. The guy is standing outside of the house where he is safe, yet but the lights inside and outside are flashing indicatin the ghost searches for the player... this flashing is the worst that can happen. If lights are out, only your flashlight will flicker (you can turn off the flashlight, but then you are nearly completely blind). Other light sources like the lighter, lit candles or UV sticks won't flicker.

I'll also point out that the above video's description is wrong; the lights flicker "out-of-synch" because they're *supposed* to do that, not because the host disconnected.

That's right. I didn't chose this video because of this, only just for the OP to see some of the more heavier flicker i nthe game. But thanks for pointing this out :)

The lights are not very bright nor intense, but they blink in and out a lot. From like half a second to every second. As mention above, if there are multiple light sources they can blink in and out at different rates too. So for most people the lights are not a problem. However it is the type of pattern that might be an issue if you are someone who is prone to seizures from patter of flashing light.
