Jinns get faster in the light! But only enough to catch up with you, I think when its 4 meters away it slows down to regular speed
so it was the other way around mmmhh shade or mere was the one more deadly in the dark right ?
Mares loves the darkness! If the lights sre off in the room they are in when they try to hunt, theyll be able to do so at 60% sanity! On the other hand, If the lights are on in the room its in it can only hunt at 40%!
Shades can get ♥♥♥♥♥♥ crazy when you are all alone but they are very shy when many people are in its room
so im a shade bec im also shy when to many people are around but if im solo i go crazy
Jinns are faster when the breaker is on. It'll be enough to catch up to you, but you're pretty much dead since they're able to keep up with you and get faster the longer they see you. Unless you smudge them, of course.
In large maps, if the ghost is not a revenant, you can outrun it if you don't start too near of the spawn room. I feel its almost the primary way of avoiding the ghost now since they find you better. If its a revenant, hiding works better.
Ive been running the highschool around a few laps :D
It's not only about their path finding, but their increasing speed when they see you. I can imagine that Prison, Asylum and Highschool can be quite difficult to outrun the ghost, without a great start and/or position.
E.g. After the update, first map we've played was Prison. Unfortunately, one of my team-mates was in front of the ghost room when the hunt started and he got caught 34 seconds in due to being outran by the ghost. No Rev of course.
I was playing after a long time and remembered you could outrun ghosts on prison easily but I was caught in 10 seconds yesterday so I was wondering.
Have a nice day
Hehe, Prison is my least favourite map by far. Don't give up and better luck next game. ;)
That's why its call a seek and hide game, rather than a just run fast game :-P
Though I liked it that both methods were a viable tactic to survive.
