Throw objects at friends.
As it is now, you can already interact with players who are not "out" and give them some tips, like where to go etc. That's better than the spectator mode of most other games.
i love how this is the first comparison, and people completely forget l4d2, which has a team co-op mode, and then a vs mode, its not like it hasnt been done before, just because you dont want it or wouldnt play it, doesnt automatically make it a bad idea, it could be fun, and could save the game from future stagnation
