No one can hear me after the new beta update

The beta update just installed and I was ready to play with a few friends.
It seems like no one can hear me anymore in-game.
I checked all settings in both the game and Windows, but everything seems to be right and I only have one line for my microphone, nothing else.

This seemed to be an issues with the previous update for a friend as well.
Any solutions to this?

The game does detect my voice and things like the spirit box works.
People just cannot hear me

I cant remember exactly how but i had fixed it. I did a few things, like disabling audio software and making sure that i had not tabbed out of Phasmophobia and that worked for me. But if you find out what the issue was let me know because i dont think mine is really fixed i sorta just found a temporary solution.

It is likely that your microphone input volume is too quiet. Try increasing it outside of the game in either windows or any software that comes with your microphone.

Hmm, it's an XLR mic controlled through my audio interface and it's at max settings, signal seems to come in fine and people can hear me clearly too.

Having push-to-talk enabled or disabled does not work for me, either.

It's not the volume, as it's at max.

I'm having the same issue - people in-game can't hear me, but the game itself can.

I'm using a Devine BM-400 Microphone, connected to a PreSonus AudioBox iOne sound card.
I've checked the latest drivers on there too, but there are no updates on it either, other applications like discord work fine too.

what about langauge service pack? is it properly done??? if this thing is not installed properly, mic is gonna functioning but would not work on the game. please check once more on window language service pack please.

My speech settings are as following:
English (US) - Recognise non-native accents
With both the UK and US voice packs installed

It's a "Jeecoo Xiberia" headset.
Everything outside of the game works just fine, so it's isn't any drivers or outdated software. I'm still having the same issue.

I've been playing the game a few times again, this time everything seems to work normally again!
