ah yep, true. lower specs may work, but not too much so. its still roughly the same environment being rendered for pc play too, so i wouldn't think the above, which is essentially laptop specs, could run it very well. integrated graphics and low RAM don't quite do a good job for anything that's 3d unless the optimising is done by a mastermind.
i still wouldn't quite think it'd run, sadly.
Sory, no, his GPU wont run it.
If you want to game on intel gpus get at least HD 630 with 8gb ram.+
Laptop version barely even runs tf2.
UHD 620 is about twice as good as a 4000HD. If you were able to get a stable 40fps, I'd assume op would have to bear with something around 25-30fps. If they deem that as playable, they can try it out ig.
