Yes, the overall brightness of the game somehow changed 1-2 months ago with an update. Which one I am uncertain.
Now, beeing forced to switch off the flashlight before going into cover means also for me that I can barely see 10 inches far in a room with no windows. Makes things difficult. I workaroudn with glowsticks, room lights and candles.
I tried high brightness but then everything starts looking very white and just dazzling my eyes. Sometimes I just die because I can't see where I'm going and get stuck in a stupid way :/
Yup it is during the hunt. I drop or turn off the flashlight and other electronics but basically making myself blind and sometimes dying because I couldn't find my way around the house.
I'll look into the head camera and maybe start leaving light sources scattered around the floor.
