Is the ghost visible only through the video camera's night vision?

You can see it with your own eyes even without a camera so im assuming night vision isn't required

No, you should be able to see it with the naked eye, but the night vision can make it easier to see (depending on the room and the DOTS placement, of course).

You can see it without. Sometimes the specters are very faint, and sometimes theyre very noticeable, but you can always see them with the naked eye. Cameras and Nightvision can both help though, as the truck operator can watch them closely while the other players do their thing.

If you are seeing it in person you will see a transparent green figure of the ghost move within the D.O.T.S area. It will be the same shape as the ghost so if they are a crawler you will only see them towards the ground, etc. If you use a camera in night vision you will see a white figure move through the area and it's a bit easier to see with night vision.

Yes, if it is Goryo, you can see his projections using DOTS projector only with video cam and it is way more easier to see it with night vision

Thanks for the replies. Do you guys also know whether the ghost is able to find us during hunt if the flashlight is on?

Any active electronics including your flashlight can be tracked by the ghost. Best to turn it off or yeet it and hide XD

This is false. I saw a Goryo today without the need of a video camera. It can be a bug.

They said see his projections using DOTS, not the actual ghost itself.

Yes, I saw the white silhouette made visible by the projector, not the ghost in their ghost form. It is obviously a bug.

Weird, yeah i had never gotten this with any of my goryo games guess its rare.
