Blowing out Candles objective doesnt register
I assume its another bug among many others for this update, but just wanted to let people know. I've been putting down more than one, in the very location where the ghost is active, it blew off all of them and the objective was never completed. I tried this during two different investigations. I even waited to witness it in person, still nothing.

Did it blow them out, or did they simply run out? Candles don't last forever. We had the objective yesterday and it worked fine.

Can confirm no more than 10 mins ago i saw a candle blow out from the monitor in the van and it crossed off the whiteboard at the same time.

Yep, very possible that the ghost didn't blow the candles out, and they extinguished on their own.

Was the light on? They won't blow out the candles if the light is on.

I stood right in front of one, just after i lit it up, the ghost blew it off and i still didnt have my objective. Lights were also off. Happened to me in the current mission im running, before i wrote this reply.

Oh now i worked lol! very strange that i had to do a third mission for it to work xD *shrug*

I've seen this bug from the beginning since I have this game. It is a bug, it sometimes registers, it sometimes doesn't. A candle running out should be a very small candle, not a full candle, and you shouldn't be able to light it again.

I just had it again: I lit the candle, camera was aimed on it, I went to the van and watched it. It got blown out, but it didn't register. I went in again, relit the candle (which should be impossible if the candle has burnt out), went back to the van and watched it again and the second time, it registered.

There are a lot of bugs in this game that are explained as features by giving it some weird explanation.
