Do the ghosts react only to english questions or not?

Ghosts react to anything as of right now. You can literally spell the ABCs and they will speak back.

Well, they do answer correctly.

When I asked in German where they were, I got suitable answers ("here", "behind", "next").

A radio randomizer can pick up other languages, this does happen, however, the software that clears the word/s up may or may not be able to handle translations of multiple languages. For the game, this could be implemented easy, though.

I believe the game makes use of cortana for its voice recognition, so it's probably whatever languages cortana can recognize.

lol people just dont know what they talk about.... if you set the right voice language in the options it sould ONLY react to this language selected. already tried to speak english and they dont react to it.

XD For the game, you would have to actually CODE the AI to recognize multiple languages during a session instead of the language selected..

thats why its using windows language packs.... rly?
