VR lag and stuttering fix - Rift S

After getting unplayable lag and stuttering when looking around in VR (I own a rift S) I found a simple fix to the issue:
Once you have launched the game in VR mode, then bring up another tab (like google chrome for example). You can either completely tab off, or even just have it selected with the game in the background and hopefully all your stuttering should stop.
Hope this quick tip helped anyone with lag in VR

issue with this is if you alt tab out and its not the focus window the spirit box and voice recognition may not work

im pretty sure this is not the case, because my mic in game worked, so i could still speak to friends.
