can't find Ouija board

hello, me and a group of friends have been playing phasmophobia for quite a while but since the recent update of november 4th we havent been able to find the Ouija board in any of the locations dispite us looking everywhere, has it been removed temporary or is that chance of finding drasticly decreased?

chance to find it has always seemed low. we have done playthroughs and go hours without seeing it and then find it 4x in a row.

Ouija board has a 33% chance of spawn it's very rare to find one.

The ouija board doesn't always spawn. It sucks when you have no equipment and don't know which room is the ghost's favorite.

I'm not sure if it still applies, but last time I saw a spreadsheet of some of the datamined stuff there was a questionable "anticheat" system where you could get reset after something like 200k in money. I will say it's fully possible that may have been a temporary quick-fix for the save editing cheating that was super common and may have been removed when they implemented a better system for that issue. I at the very least suspect it would eventually be removed as the game progressed since it's not difficult to amass cash if you aren't suicidally stupid, so eventually any active enough player would reach that amount.
