Report a translation problem
lowest tier (only annoys, not angers) is things like talking about how scary it is, asking/demanding it to show itself, and saying either just it's first or last name.
middle tier (angers the ghost), this would be things like saying the ghosts full name and screaming/yelling
highest tier (have fun dying to pissed ghost), this is swearing (you can find a full list in the guide section) or calling the ghost Bloody Mary instead of it's name (there are also reports that it would target the players that call it Bloody Mary first over the other players.
