I've pressed like every button and joystick in to try but nothing seems to work.

Reach up to your right shoulder and grab.

It’s attached to your right shoulder, basically. Try to grab around there and it should appear.

The radio is attached to your left shoulder, just reach there and hold the action trigger, not the grip trigger.
