Does anyone know what is the ability that is not in the Jinn when the light is not?

I think it just moves incredibly fast in well lit rooms (actually had to fight with a Jinn to keep the breaker OFF one game because he kept turning it back on).

The lights being on or off doesn't matter, however if the breaker itself is on that is what makes the Jinn go faster. If you suspect it is a Jinn, definitely turn the breaker off yourself, but Jinn is the only ghost I've seen so far that has turned it back on on me, and it can definitely hurt if he turns the power back on then immediately hunts, because he moves MASSIVE distances in a short amount of time, I'd say he moves 3 times faster during a hunt, but it would seem he can go even faster than that if he is outside of a certain radius from any players.

Yup, Moves fast when breaker is on.

Even its weakness is a strength because if you flick breaker off, the darkness can sap your sanity quickly.

I think the Jinn speed increase is broken. I've watched Jinns on cameras multiple times and I've never actually noticed it move faster when the breaker is on and it's far away. Unless it's been fixed in one of the most recent betas. Jinns also have an unlisted power where they are periodically able to drain 25% of your sanity when you're close to it, turning the breaker off disables this power.
