Correct, if you die in Professional, you can kiss your items goodbye.
Intermediate grants some Insurance, but lower then Amateur.
This was just discussed in another thread. If you're too close to the door (or a wall) it's possible for part of your body to poke through, and the ghost can contact that part of you sticking out to kill you. Because of this, closets are not the best, they are a last resort option. There's also a recent patch that 'may' be making used safe rooms unsafe the same way if someone dies in a room it becomes unsafe during hunts. Also, if the ghost sees you enter they can follow through depending on their anger levels and ghost type.
Seriously, though, I also got an unexplained insurance payout from a successful ghost hunt (didn't die, found all 3 pieces of evidence, most of the optionals fulfilled...).
I agree i think you should get atleast 25 to 50 percent insurance on perfectional because you are puting yourself in danger more then playing on a lower difficulty.'
That's not a bug, break line of sight with the ghost before hiding LMFAO
The ghost walked past me 4 times and i wasnt glitching threw anything. i always make sure of that. Then after about 15 sec of ghost walking back and forth it kills me!
