Ghost Humming Source?

If you've played for any amount of time you probably heard ghosts humming this sometimes when they manifest. I checked and the only source for it I found was from a Roblox game called Before the Dawn. I think both Phasmophobia and Before the Dawn probably got it from the same source, and I'm really curious as to where it comes from or if it's an actual song.
