I love this game and I don't play on VR.

I've played it both in and out, feels slightly less buggy out of VR at the moment but ultimate they are both great experiences

Most people don't play with VR, it's alot of fun still.

Yes . But VR is definitely better . There isn't alot of content right now its early access but it can still be fun for hours with friends. I recommend going in solo and blind without looking up any tips for the first few hours , get the full creepy scary vibes that way. .

i tried to play but I couldnt get into it, kept getting kicked out of rooms, no match making and way too confusing, a lot of items that dont explain what they do, and all were doing is just walk around :/

Later tonight you are welcome to join me. I love teaching people how to play, I would hop on now but my god son is awake. Rather not scar him for life. lmao

Hell yes it is!

Whilst VR does really add to the experience the game is still very good fun in non-VR.

The learning curve isn't that steep, but I would highly recommend figuring out the game for yourself rather than reading up on the game too much, learning how things work for yourself is very rewarding and once your understanding of the game mechanics hits a certain point the game loses some mystery.

i have VR and only play on desktop mode cause VR controls are wack as hell and stuff as simple as opening a door become an issue if your hands are full.

I love that we don't need VR for it, with headphones on the game is still pretty spooky. I love that the dev took it into consideration for people whom suffer motion suckness or can't afford VR.

Dude if I tried to play this in VR I would go flying and land on my cat with the first scare! lol

controls arent wack and yes no ♥♥♥♥ cant open doors with full hands lmao you can hold 4 items compared to desktop 3 at the cost of you know...not having a free hand

Imo, the game is better without VR.
