Free Solver tool helps you ID the Ghosts Fast (Tool, not cheat)
I wrote the solver for me, but I'm sharing it with the community. http://Phasmophobia.Info hs my Solver where you can enter not only "Proven True" like in the Journal, but also "Assumed True" and "Assumed False" to allow you to more quickly narrow your search, maximize your reward and minimize your risk. It also gives suggestions to help new players become awesome players!

what is this?
Ugh, like you need the solver.. if results are narrowed down to two ghost. or 3 ghosts at most... lol :p

Try it, see if it doesn't improve your game play. Yes, agreed, this is not exactly the most complex puzzle game ever, but the solver helps you maximize profits while minimizing risk,as it lets you use the negative data you collect and not just the positive data. I find it helpful. Nothing will please or be right for everyone, but I do hope that some, like me, find it useful. If nothing else, it raises the chance you return with all your stuff, sure, insurance is nice, but I prefer not to loose my stuff, especially as I advance and bring a decent collection.

I'll be honest when I read the title I thought it was going to be some kind of cheats for the game. Glad that was not the case.

I might use that the next time I get on the game.

Thanks for asking. It is a simple web app that I built last weekend to improve how quickly I can know with confidence that I have solved for which ghost is haunting. It isn't life changing, but it is pretty helpful if you want to know the answer before you have all three positive results.

By taking into account that some players will claim something is true, but are not 100% sure, and that most clues can be ruled out as false, this lets you quickly test what ghosts are most likely and tells you what your next move is for an effective outcome.

Is it missing anything you want? Does it every give you a suggestion you think isn't ideal? Let me know and I'll adjust accordingly. I've been gaming and coding for more than 40 years, I may be getting up in years, but I still play hard and I code for fun. Note, I am not charging for this or even running ads, just sharing for the good of the community.

Thank you for the comment, I have updated the title, hope it helps. Never even thought about it looking like a cheat. 100% tool, 0% cheat. You can do exactly what the solver does in your head, it's just harder.

I use it on my phone while I play, I don't even use the journal till the end. My last game yesterday I got lazy, wasa so happy I knew it was an Oni before everyone else, then forgot to mark the journal. oops! Don't do that :-)

Feedback:

Solver
Personally i find dropdown menues rather cumbersome, and i prefer having everything on one screen without scrolling which is not possible here when you have some assumed statuses. (My Screen runs at 1920xwhatever it is, part of bottom solver doesnt fit)

Atm im using this one: https://phasmophobiatracker.site/

Its pretty simple, and doesnt offer all the infos you offer, but for me those infos are irrelevant by now anyways as im not a new player. For new players this is actually a good source of basic informations and pretty helpful.

Rest:
Since you already put alot of Infos in there in might be smart to also add description and Usage (at least as far as we know :P) of Tools and Items in there. Having a handy guide in one package for people starting out.

All in all a good base imo, needs a couple tweaks here and there to make it easier and faster to handle. Definitly good for new player who are trying to learn the ropes.

this tool is really handy, i like i can look up ghost types with out having look in journal other sites don't give you info on jinn and stuff. you should add tab gives ideas of how each ghost behaves help track it down.

Great idea! Add a page for tools. I'll do that for sure. Love it! This thing is only a few day old. Wrote it last Saturday. Thanks for the feedback.

That is a great idea! Maybe add a section on the ghosts page for each one like "Traits" or "Personality" or something and talk about how to identify each one.

Thanks for the comment. Great ideas, keep them commjng!

I seriously don't see how any of these "cheat sheets" are helpful, this one included. It really isn't that hard to update the journal whenever you can, and very rarely do you COMPLETELY forget what evidence you've already found but haven't marked down. And it's usually pretty easy to keep a mental checklist of what definitely doesn't/didn't work.

Also something so redundant and annoying is when the creator of these sheets just copy-pastes the """strengths/weaknesses""" of the ghosts. Again, it doesn't take long to skim through your journal AND also doesn't run the risk of messing up your voice recognition by alt tabbing, losing focus of the game window.

It saves time going through the ghosts in the journal to see which evidences are still valid. For example if the first 2 evidences completely rule out ghost orbs you would not have to go through each of the ghosts it can still be to find that out.

I mean you could memorize what each ghost has for evidence too, but that is not something a newer player would likely be doing.

you made a cheat sheet and tryna say its not a cheat sheet? just play the game the intended way aka flicking through journel to try n solve what it is ect not just putting into a 3rd party program for it to tell ya

Thanks for the feedback. It was designed to be used on a phone or tablet. Yes, it works on the PC, but we all know tabbing out isn't safe, so I don't recommend it. I set my phone on my desk and use the Solver there, then once I am confident of the findings, I put the answer in the journal.

Yes, much of the info is the same as the journal, but also extra info is added and always growing. I made this for me and am sharing it. My goal is to centralize the data I need while playing and hae it on my phone. The key advantage over the journal is that the Solver eliminates ghosts not just on positive findings, but on negative ones as well.

Say you get EMF Level 3 readings consistatnly, but you never get any that are higher. That's a clue and you can use it mentally to eliminate ghosts, bu you can never enter that in the Journal. With the solver, you set the clue to "Assumed False" and it eliminates the ghosts that produce that clue. It let's you narrow the list more quickly because exisence of clues is good, but also knowing the non-existence of clues is super helpful.

You honestly believe that a truth table is a cheat sheet? So anything that helps is cheating? I see it as a way to organize my thoughts and solve the logic more precisely. I made this for me, and I'm sharing it with everyone free of charge. Not forcing anyone to use it, and I can assume it isn't for everyone. As long as you are enjoying the game, that is awesome. It is a great game, and for me, the Solver helps me enjoy it even more.
