Having "friendly/passive" ghosts outside of the training mission is a semi-frequent suggestion. So it could be a thing in the future, but I suspect that it will only be on the large maps and only if they are accompanied by one or two dangerous ghosts on the same map.
I've never played a banshee, how do we know who is being targeted by it?
That's the fun part, you don't know untill it hunts, and by then it's probably too late.
Lol ok in that case, how to do you tell if a ghost is specifically hunting you and not someone else when it hunts?
You can hear the heartbeat of your character if it's coming for you.
If you want to give yourself some valuable extra seconds, carry smudge sticks and a lighter, using it will delay the hunt for a couple of seconds, but after that, the hunt is on.
And while banshees just target one person the entire match, revenants will pretty much murder anyone who walks in their path while they are chasing a target, so if you where unlucky enough to stand in between them and their target, it's GG.
