I started playing the game again after some time away and everything got reset for me, lost my money, level and items I had saved up

Can literally edit your save with a text editor.

You could just add it all back if you wanted.
Someone is going to come in here and scream at me I am sure, but I mean I don't see the harm in literally undoing a glitch out caused account loss.

Generally I like to play using only candles and one item of each that is needed for objective reasons; so I don't even spend money really lol; and no one cares about levels they don't mean much.
