Issues with microphone during game.

Hi I've been having issues with my microphone recently and am unsure why. My microphone works well when starting the game and/or joining a new lobby. My microphone will work well into the round but somewhere along the way just stops. I've followed the voice recognition steps thoroughly but it seems to be consistent every match. There is no network issues on my end as far as I can see and my mic(even when not working) can be detected by the test in the settings. Any info/ideas would be lovely as I really have having to swap to discord in the middle of a match! Also Ps since I forgot to say earlier, we linked the issue to alt tabbing and allowing apps to take exclusive control of my mic, but that fix only seemed temporary as before the fix my mic seemed not to work at all now it works until midway through the round. I'm going to attempt updating before I turn off my PC so fingers crossed I wont have this issue when I play more later today.

For the time being, try tabbing out of the game when that happens and open it again by clicking the taskbar icon. Click B and check if it helps.

The issue isnt due to alt tabbing, it was at first but the issue persists even when completely focusing on the game. I don't have a second monitor so theres no way the game is losing focus

I've come across two things to try that have mostly worked for me. The beta branch in general seems to have less issues with the voice chat, and people have said that talking while people are still loading into the van for whatever reason will mess up the 'b' push to talk a bit into the map

this is happening to me as well some games my mic works fine some games people cant hear me at all seems to happen when i alt tab

IF you see your voice recognition stop work do this: Alt+tab game, then click on game icon on the bottom (not alt+tab again), it will fix your micro without restarting the game!

Tried this, doesn't seem to do anything

Also to reiterate since a lot of people are still linking it to Alt-tabbing, the issue is not due to me tabbing out. My mic works at the beginning of every round but will cut out sometime mid match

I would say I appreciate the assistance but you didn't read the article at all homie. I've said I've tried ALL of those fixes, its not speech recognition not working, the game picks up my voice. Even after my mic quits working mid round ghosts can still hear me through voice recognition however when using open mic, or push to talk, my teammates can not. This is not an issue related to alt+tabbing or the main branch(beta branch doesn't fix the issue either) now can someone whos not plugging their yt channel give a helpful answer

Thanks for the help, but if it is that list of fixes from the developer, each had failed to resolve my problem. My windows just so happened to update recently so I will try again after that.

+1, we seem to have the EXACT same issue. I hope this is resolved because it's more than irritating. Did a Windows update help with yours? I'm doing that now.
