Ouija Board Locations

Is it very rare? I have yet to find one on any investigation, are they just in the basements and closets?

i've seen them in a few different places, but yes, generally "storage" type rooms.

I found one in one of the high school bathrooms.

They aren't that common (lvl 42). Sometimes but not very often. Never actually once seen one move yet.

Take a photo of it tho, that'll give you some cash.

you have to click on it to activate it, then ask it a question. sometimes, it doesent work. other times, almost always when asked what it's favorite room is, it responds straight away.

of note, unless it's a demon, using it will give you a sizable hit to sanity.

It will only affect your sanity if you ask it an unsuccessful question if it's a demon. If you ask it "where are you" and you don't lose any sanity when it answers, it's a hint towards it being a demon.
