Shoulder Flashlight?
I see some people have a shoulder flashlight, is that just a cosmetic? Or how do you get one?

When you have a flashlight in your inventory select a different item. Thrn press t to activate the light well using other items

If you have a flashlight or strong flashlight in your inventory, you can equip a different item and press the "T" key to activate your flashlight. This allows you to see and use another item at the same time.
