Where are the Rocket Vacuum blueprints?

I'm sitting at 2/3 blueprints so I'd rather find the third one instead of spending all those resources to research it. I know I've gotten one from the Knight Errant area, so I need a third. Assuming that the first one is getting the broken one at the start of episode 2

There should be one inside the Mayo ship. I can vaguely remember a fourth spare one, but not where I found it.

1 close to/under the broken cooling tank, when you go through the blue tapes area from shuttle further in
2 and 3 are kinda close - 2 in the Knight Errant area somewhere and 3 in Mayo area
