Collectibles

Are there any miss-able collectibles? For instance on things that disappear after objectives like the mayo section or the Ice ball? Also does anyone know of a guide or location list, or even screen shots of completed collections so I know what I'm missing? I found a Reddit post but the relevant link is broken. Thanks for any help!
