Are there any other safes or briefcases with aluminum? I accidentally used mine to build an oxygen station before I realized I needed it for the drill.

Yes there's more of everything, you just need to venture out and look for it. It's there don't worry.

Asteroids have a low chance of giving aluminum if you've run out.

More aluminum then you will need. but heads up don't waste magnets ... and loot every single one you find.

? You need aluminum for grabbers. The drill does not need that.

Early in the game some of the large, stationary rock formations (not asteroids) have aluminum deposits you can drill out - they look kind of silver, and as mentioned some of the dark floating asteroids (round and dark gray) can have aluminum in them, but you have to beat them with the scrapper, so you'll go thru scrappers.
