how to download constructor tool?
the (old) news stated using find in the tool page, but i can't even access the page i can do find for tool in steam.

i want to test buildings in it, to find best optimized building setup.

I think the two commenters above missed what OP was asking.

Breathedge constructor was deprecated and removed. There's nothing you could do it in that you can't do better in the creative mode that Breathedge has natively.

You can see this near the end of the "Deadline, Prices, New Year!" news.
