(Currently playing on a 2015 MacBook pro with Parallels/Win10, resolution halved, all settings minimum, so I might have a rather special point of view compared to an owner of a high-end gaming PC ;-) )
Your organic CPU seems to be faulty. Try running some diagnostics or contacting your grey matter manufacturer for technical support. If that fails, it may be time for an upgrade.
Fanbois lol. You'd think fanbois of the 'game' would be interested in keeping it the best it can be on steam and PC. But I'm guessing you meant fanbois of consoles. I really dont care what they have to say, as it all sounds like trying to convince people that their pinto is as great as a bmw.
