Steering Wheel Fragments (Фрагменты рулевого колеса)

I have found 3 of the four fragments for this one. Anyone knows locations of them all?

I have gotten 1 from the working Engineering Shuttle (with oxygen and gravity) near the end of the Chapter 1 Bridge Launch area.

Another one from a damaged Engineering Shuttle with a working Mounted Oxygen station in the subsequent massive tunnel.

I forgot where I found the third one. I thought the steering wheel behind the starting shuttle at the very beginning of Chapter 1 could be scanned but it can't be.

Yes you are right. That shuttle has no gravity but does have Oxygen I believe.

I know this ain't the discussion for the Jet Accelerator nor the Military Oxygen Cylinder, but any idea on those second's?

I'm pretty sure its what lets us make the car too

Actually, for the car you might wanna check out the discussion 3rd car part? In advance, one of the parts is located in a small shell asteroid near the place where you scan the EMP Grenade. You can tell which asteroid cause it has a trail of smoke.

Nah, that's not it. I have the blueprint, but both the vacuum cleaner and the car aren't craftable at the basic processor

The wheel is in the same recipe category as the two vehicles, which leads me to believe that we need to get the flue bluebrint to craft vehicles

Oh that one's easy, there's a Floor compart that you craft in the vehicle module and serves 2 purposes. As long as you don't have parked anything on it, you can craft either de RVC or the ZAZ-1. The other purpose is to let you in the base along with any of those two vehicles. Like in Subnautica you have the moonpool and you can dock the seamoth or prawn suit while you are in it.

The blueprint of this floor hatch crafting thing, is in a debris that has a module with the hatch open. It is close to the military ship with the big gun.

Oh, no. My apologies, That screenshot was to answer another user who was looking for the transport fabricator platform. I am sorry I wasn't more clear about this.

I agree, with you, there's no 4th part and there won't be till next chapter comes out.

these two litle russians devs, playing with our feelings.... we should hang them and cover them with nutritional goo and then chicken feathers, and tie them to the car before flying arround with a bunch of angry security bots and turrets firing all arround.
