Depends on how you view your game Library I guess too but just got to the categories section to assign a game a category you'll see it.
Best of luck hope it helps, I just place em in a junk category & leave em.
but doing that would also remove the actual game too. i don't know why the devs just don't remove it. it's no longer needed at all anyways

Right, didn't know about that as I only posessed the closed test. Well since it says at some point "may" the only way to find out would be to send them a message.
Then under the text box ( you dont need to write anything) there is a check box for " Hide the game in my library).
Tada, the game is now hidden. Only way to see it is to hover over your libary and choose the category for Hidden games.
Just bought the game now, was not pleased at first to find steam installing closed test that was ended.
