Report a translation problem
1). 4 monasteries as they give a lot of books if you govern it by cleric with Writing skill.
2). 4 villages as they give money, commerce and levies of you build militia building. Very strong for early army building.
3). 4 castles strong too for same reasons as villages. Especially if your king is a marshal or diplomat (they scale castles very well with their skills).
Other features don’t matter that much at the start. But if get a couple of villages + several resources which give a lot of cheap goods, such as Deep woods, Flux fields, cows etc then you can make a strong trade center relatively early. But that requires somewhat substantial time and investment.
From good’s bonuses point of view Flux fields + Deep woods are strong because they give Ropes which boost archers.
