Missing/Broken achievements

Hi, I finished the game (without using any hints/help/hotspots) and there are 7 achievements, I can't earn:

Chapter 1: I completed with 19500 points and didn't get Advanced or Master detective
Chapter 2: I completed with 12000 points and didn't get Advanced or Master detective
Chapter 3: I completed with 8500 points and didn't get Advanced or Master detective

I watched the credits, but the achievement "The Raven" for finishing the game is also missing!

In my view, these achievements are broken!

I've only finished episode one but I concur re master and advanced something is wrong with those achievement otherwise it wouldn't say 'masterly' at the end

I'm having problems with crime scene investigator and I've done it two ways - have ice tongs and never go out and just follow original walkthough, I thought it might unlock later once you take the blood sample but no. Have been very careful to check everything, guess I'll have to try a 3rd time as you say you have it. I've played the first game again recently (as got completionist glitch ach in that one) so know the room well.

Crime scene investigator is broken, I can confirm that.

Edit: 18930 points at the end of chapter 1, I should have gotten at least the second achievement. So the score-related ones are broken as well.

Hi, I can't confirm that crime scene investigator is broken, because I reached it (in a second run and right- and leftclicking all of the things in the room - i.e. I forgot the door /lock )

I've now finished it and those 7 are bugged, I don't have them. I've proven with screenshot in this thread that the advanced/master for chapter 1 is bugged and I've gotten the other 2 screenshots if dev needs proof of the other chapters as well. I've gotten all secrets as well as max points as you can see.


re crime scene investigator isn't bugged I did get it by doing it again what I did that I missed the first time was right clicking on tape before left clicking before I went in room and trying to put pillowcase on blood spot in bed. It could just still be fiddly and take a couple of tries but this time I did write down the order and what I did (which may have nothing to do with it but this is what I did)

right click on crime tape on outside door of room then left click on it to open
right click on lock and chain x2
right then left on cover
right then left click 2 on portable cupboard
right on alarm
right on notepad on desk
right on mannequin
right on painting
right on cupboard
right then left on tape recorder
right on reel then take it
right then left on bed
right then left on blood spot
right under the bed
right then left on portholes
right then left on vase
right on feathers falling out
left x2 on vase again
tongs on vase
INVENTORY
-right on pillowcase, right on reel, right on message. right on tongs, right on feather packet
Try to use pillowcase on bloodspot
right then left on luggage
left on handbag
left on diary

@Gingergal, thank you! Your method to "CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATOR" worked perfectly =)
Also I want say that, according to steam global achievement statistic, today some people get next achievments:
Master Detective (Episode 2) 0.3%
Advanced Detective (Episode 2) 0.3%
Advanced Detective (Episode 3) 0.2%
Master Detective (Episode 3) 0.2%
Yesterday there was 0%, so probably its kind of baggy or etc, but works for someone.

I'm having trouble with the Forensic Officer achievement! I did exactly what I did when I beat it in the original version of the game (I think it's supposed to be unavoidable, right?) and nothing has happened, boo.

I did get Crime Scene Investigator just fine, but that's because I was aware of it being buggy from the other version of the game and you should not leave the room at any time until you get the achievement by looking at everything you can, both examining and then interacting.

Aaand I just now realized that the Forensic Officer achievement isn't in this version of the game! That explains it. Poked into the Global Achievement Stats to see that it wasn't one of the hidden ones as I thought it might be. Wonder why that achievement didn't roll over?

And shoot, I just beat Chapter 1 with 19500 points, and only got the Amateur one! :(

Hmm.. I've got the same problem. 19480 points at the end of level 1. But I only got the Amateur achievement.

All broken achievements are now fixed (for windows at least don't know about the others) deactivate cloud synch to get your old saves back, load before each ending and you'll get it (minus a few points for some reason but it still says masterly on points screen so all is well.)

I also confirm that all achievements are fixed and I have now 100%'d the game! (Again!) Just make sure you do just what Gingergal said and don't freak out when your saves are gone! I had to replay a little bit of each ending, but it didn't take long to finish each chapter off and collect all my achievements in one swoop. Thank you Nordic! :)
