server joining problem

idk what it is but after the recent update after i join a server, i spawn into a limbo unable to do anything and when i exit the the match i can no longer find any servers.

Hello, have you attempted to verify your game files through Steam?

Right click the game in your Steam Library, go to Properties, then find verify files and let it do its thing.

no dude, not working still, verified the game files. and the firewall issue you posted elsewhere also not helping

Gotcha, I honestly am not sure why you are getting stuck and having the issues you are listing continue to persist... The recommendations that I have made to you are the same that I have given to others who have the same issues, and it has worked for them, so without more information I am honestly stumped what could be causing them for you. As mentioned in the other thread, I do recommend that you join our Discord and ask in the #support channel to see if someone else on the team might have more suggestions for you that I am not thinking of.

maybe i didnt do something right idk, but im not on discord and dont want to join either (just personal choice hope you get it). its not i will throw a tantrum if the issue is not solved right now, but it'd be nice if yall could help me through it even after a few days. just hope i can play the new update soon.

I understand, just be aware that that option is always there for you should you change your mind. Otherwise, perhaps other members here on Steam might be able to offer some other solutions that I am not thinking of.

A few other basic things that I can recommend that could potentially help is to check if your GPU drivers are up-to-date, and go ahead and restart your computer as well if you haven't already. You might also want to try a reinstall of the game if all else fails.

i did the reinstall thing at first before coming here to post the problem. but i'll try everything you mentioned once more just to be sure

hey bro found out the problem very weird but need a solution. as i said i play on a laptop, so i tend to activate the brand provided overclocking tool. so when i switch it on and start the game the problem occurs but when i switch it off and start it works but lags mostly in sniper scopes and intense face to face fights. so i was able play few games like that but id prefer to play it with tool on.

Got it, thank you for the additional information. This is definitely relevant info that would have been good to know. It sounds like when you activate this program you might be creating stability issues on your system (which is possible with overclocking).

Do you know what parts this software is overclocking, and are you able to actually adjust the amount of overclocking that is occurring? What it sounds like to me is that whatever is being boosted is probably being pushed past its limits, and you might want to experiment with scaling it down a bit.
