A few other basic things that I can recommend that could potentially help is to check if your GPU drivers are up-to-date, and go ahead and restart your computer as well if you haven't already. You might also want to try a reinstall of the game if all else fails.
Do you know what parts this software is overclocking, and are you able to actually adjust the amount of overclocking that is occurring? What it sounds like to me is that whatever is being boosted is probably being pushed past its limits, and you might want to experiment with scaling it down a bit.
