[POSSIBLY FIXED!] Mouse buttons not working on occasion

I'm pretty sure I was able to fix the issue. I noticed my mouse cursor was briefly appearing on the left of my screen while looking back and fourth.
I went from "Windowed Full-screen" to "Full-screen" and that has stopped my cursor from appearing, thus stopping the mouse issue from what I can tell.
I'll keep this post up in case I'm wrong

I've been having an issue with my mouse where sometimes I'm not able to aim or fire unless I just continuously spam either mouse button. No obvious cause, just happens.
This issue ends up getting me killed a lot.
I've only been playing Single Player since release, no Multiplayer.

I've also noticed this issue with another FPS game as well recently (Won't name as I'm not well versed on rules).
I'd appreciate any help with fixing this issue, whether it's client or game side.

You mean like an input lag type thing? I am also getting this too and noted it internally, believe it is network based, I feel it the heaviest when I try and join a full server that exceeds the recommended player count of 64.

It may be something to that affect but I'm playing single player (I'll update the post)

Ah ok, yeah I am not experiencing this in SP.
