Thanks for the fast responds! bought 2 new players with me and we didnt try it! thanks
And yes, vehicles are the next major feature we are focusing on. We wanted to have them in for this update, but we just didn't have time. The current ones in testing that have been shown off are NOT those FYI, those are part of a mod and we are using that as a testing ground to try out design ideas and mechanics, and that mod maker has actually been brought onto the team to assist with the official implementation where he will work alongside our lead programmer.
As for controller support, I have no idea when we will get to that, it is just not a high priority right now and our main focus is on PC. That said, you can use Steam's controller layout system right now as many other players do, so while it is not "official" you can indeed use a controller.
Almost all of us do, except for a few who are full time on this project. We currently have two full time developers, the rest (including myself) have other sources of income.
- confirming local files
- turn server filters off and on
If nothing helps - reinstall the game
Also there is an issue going: servers and players are not shown. Like servers menu shows 2/64 people, but in reality it's full
Thanks for your reply,
As for the server list, yes there is a backend issue going on with Steam right now where it is failing to report proper player counts. This is impacting not just us but a bunch of other games. If you just straight up do not see any servers at all, I would go into Steam, go to the top left and select View > Game Servers > filter for Harsh Doorstop and then hit the search button and see what you see there. If you see server listings in there, but not in game, then you likely have a Windows Firewall issue where for whatever reason the game either lost its firewall rules or never had them to begin with (which would be weird if you have previously not had this issue).
