developer should fix this error

This game doesn't work. I tried it english language at first, but it doesn't work. so i changed into korean also it doesn't work. I deleted and re-intalled the game. but it didnt work too. you have to fix this problem. I can't play this game.

Hi, can you check if your antivirus is blocking any part of the game?
Then can you verify your files via Steam please.

yep. That didn't work too. I don't use any antivirous program on my computer. why is it happening?

I think you should try to fix this problem. it isn't about my computer problem i think. when i install the game, I can;t see 'cannot locate basic info data C::WProgame files(x86)/stream/streamapps/common/The Crooked Man/Data/BasicData/Game.dat' , I can't find any The Crooked Man/Data/Basic/Data/Game.dat. just -> common/the crooked man, also some japanese words files and so on. I think you guys should fix this problem.

Hi, I just checked the game, and it appears to be starting as intended. To try and find the issue, could you please do the following:

Could you switch your PCs locale to English please.
The game doesn't officially support Korean at the moment (actually surprised to see that it is appearing for you), so you would need to have your PC in English to get it to start in English properly.

Also, if you open your local files for the game, can you open config.exe and change either to 3D Mode or Software Mode. Please try both.

Lastly, if it is still not working, can you please post your PC Specs and a crash report (here is how you get one)[www.cyberlink.com]
