Things got worst for me

Loading into game now has big lagg inputs . sound is clipping and combat now stutters i used tobe able to play this quite well no change to my system but some thing is a miss here . Now ill wait for patch to fix lagg and optimize

Well im not upgrading as this was playing fine last month the update is making it bad to play at the moment , ill wait , i have a good system .

Dont use Pre Load textures in menu if you have less than 32gb, 16gb may be ok. Also install the game on SSD Drive. Some report performance increase after reducing Sound quality to low.

Did you clean ur user cache after the last big update? The devs has told us to clean the user cache. You should reinstall the game and look how its running (I guess u already have done is, didnt you?).
I dont know ur system but maybe it is time for a better graphic card. Im using GTX1070 with 16 GB ram. I dont have any problems. I play on high graphic settings but in principle always without antialiasing.

You mentioned SLI. Are you using a single card or playing with both? If so, try with just one, sli can cause problems in some games.

The devs always tell us to clear use cache after every single patch. They just made it even more obvious last time as they realised many simply were not doing it. Players weren’t reading the patch notes properly.

I play with a 970 myself and quite an old i5 (3470). I use 8GB of generic RAM and don't really have any problems that you have. Certainly no stutter or lag. My frames aren't anything to write home about but I get around 40+, which is ok. So you should be able to play it fine. Hopefully clearing the cache helps.

Nope still a black screen and it takes for ever to load , i hear the music but nothing comes up , so ive unistalled . Did all the above , it strange as ive had no issues since this last update .
